Nourish at The Barns is a Wellness Members Club, based on an arable farm nestled in Epping Forest, only a short distance from London, but worlds away.
The Barns at Lodge Farm hosts a variety of wellness workshops, each one different from the last but all offering a chance to escape busy lives momentarily. There is also a Wellness Shop offering specially selected wellness retreat items.
