Costs and exemptions
We provide most information free of charge. However, we will charge you if we estimate it will cost us more than £450 to process your request. This is called the cost limit.
We will contact you before providing the information so that you can decide if you want to continue with your FOI request.
There are some exemptions to the types of information that can be requested under the act, and should an exemption apply, we will write and tell you which exemption is being applied and why.
