Sitting on a tranquil 32-acre lake amongst the rural surroundings of the Lee Valley Regional Park, access by boat from the River Stort is through the lock to the South of the lake. Hosting 315 secure moorings suitable for both narrow and wide beam boats up to 75ft. As well as all the surrounding countryside, towns and villages to explore, your mooring is only a 5-minute walk away from Roydon Train station with trains straight into London in only 30 minutes.
