Established in 1978, The East London Windsrfing School was one of the first centres set up to learn this exciting sport in the UK. Based at Broxbourne Sailing Club situated within the Lea Valley park, the large lake is an ideal, safe location to learn and progress your windsurfing skills. The School operates throughout the summer at weekends and Wednesday evenings, see our Course Programme for courses and operational dates.

To book a course, all you need to do is:
1. Check the 'Course Dates' section of this website for our schedule then give us a call to chat about the course or clinic you would like to join so we can ensure you are booked onto the most appropriate lesson for you.
2. After our chat, just click the link to the below to download and print off a booking form which you can fill in and send to us. This will speed up the admin on the morning of your course. Alternativley booking forms can be completed on the day.
3. Payment can be sent via bank transfers or a cheque with your booking form or can be paid in cash on the day.
Gift Vouchers can also be purchased. An ideal Birthday present! (please call for information)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
To learn this exciting outdoor sport, we provide all the equipment including wetsuit and buoyancy aid - all Covid safe. All you need to bring is a swimming costume, towel, and old pair of trainers/plimsoles. You can bring a packed lunch and hot drinks are available.
