London to Southend Classic Car Run - museum starting point
The London to Southend Classic Vehicle Run, by the South Eastern Vintage & Classic Vehicle Club (SEVCVC), will commence nearby in London but because of ULEZ the museum is a second starting point for non compliant vehicles. Classic cars waiting at the museum will join the run passing the museum at about 9-30am. Around 80 vehicles are expected to take part!
In the Museum shop
The North Weald Airfield Museum Shop has now restocked its gifts and mementoes for what is turning out to be a hot summer. All the old favourites are in the shop and we have added two new books to those on offer previously.
Nearby are the Epping and Ongar Railway and of course, the airfield and its welcoming cafes, Wings and the Rosie Lea Cafe & Tea Rooms. You can expect to see many aircraft flying over on fine days.
Classic cars always welcome to attend
