Come and see Bluey at the Epping Ongar Railway

Children’s favourite, Bluey, will be at Epping Ongar Railway on Monday 27th May. Take a ride on a heritage steam train at the times stated below, from Noeth Weald to Ongar where Bluey will be making appearances.
Be sure to come and say hello and don’t forget your camera!
Capacity on each train will be limited and advance booking is essential.
You can also take a ride into the ancient Epping Forest on the railway's diesel multiple unit, which offers driver's eye views. This is included within the price of your great value ticket! You can only board, or alight from, this service at North Weald.
Bluey appearances
Appearances take place at Ongar station.
Join the vintage London bus service from Epping station, to North Weald. At North Weald there is chance to purchase some refreshments from the LNER Cafe, before joining the heritage tran to Ongar for a break of approximately 90 minutes, to see Bluey. Also at Ongar, you can see a magic show with resident magician, John Clayton, and follow the clues to find the pictures of animals hidden around the station.
The train will then return you to North Weald where you can return to Epping on board the vintage London bus.
Times
The heritage steam train will depart from North Weald, for a journey through the Essex countryside, at the following times. This will take you to Ongar where you will be able to see Bluey.
Train 1: 10.50
Train 2: 12.00
Train 3: 13.10
Train 4: 14.20
You should allow approximately 2 hours for the train journey and the opportunity to see Bluey.
You must travel on the booked train to Ongar.

Trains 2 and 3: Adult £18; Child £8
Train 4: Adult £16; Child £7
Children under 18 months old are free – no ticket needed - though they are not allocated a seat.
All fares include the connecting vintage London bus service from Epping Underground station, Shenfield or Ongar, a ride on a heritage steam train, a journey into Epping Forest on our diesel multiple unit, and all attractions listed above.

Accessibility
- Disabled Parking - There is very limited parking available at the stations, with priority given to blue badge / disabled customers. Please drive and park with care, avoid blocking access and with consideration of our neighbours.
- Disabled persons toilet - Ladies and Gentlemen's toilets are available at Ongar and North Weald stations. Baby changing equipment is included within the Family Room / Ladies Waiting Room facilities at both stations. Disabled toilets are available in Ongar High Street (400 yards from station). Unfortunately, while we have enabled step-free access to Ongar building, the Grade II listed 1865 station does not accommodate a wheelchair accessible toilet. We have recently installed a new disabled toilet in our outlet building at North Weald.
- Facility for service dogs - Well controlled dogs, guide and assistance dogs are welcome on our railway at no extra charge. However we are unable to accept dogs, other than assistance dogs, on our dining trains. Should your companion feel thirsty, there are usually water bowls on the platforms with fresh water available. If you cannot find these, please don't hesitate to ask.

- Cafe - We have our Anglia café coach at North Weald, which serves a range of hot and cold drinks and light refreshments. We also have the "Buffet Stop" at Ongar, also selling hot and cold drinks, crisps and snacks. We recommend the Picnic and Viewing Area at Ongar to relax and unwind, offering a grandstand view of the station and locomotives. At North Weald we have a number of picnic tables around the site that you are welcome to use. There are a number of local pubs and restaurants in both Ongar and North Weald, all offering hot meals.
