An active, fun packed day of outdoor science experiments. Can you make your own ice cream, the most disgusting coloured slime and build a water rocket that travels high into the sky?
Suntrap Science Extraordinaire is one in a range of fun, outdoor themed days in the summer holidays, strictly for children only aged 8-12 years old. See below for deatils of the others - £29 per day or book 3 days per child for £80.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch.
Booking is essential by email (suntrap.centre@walthamforest.gov.uk).
Free and disabled parking on site.
This event is disability accessible - ask about borrowing our all-terrain wheelchair (depending on conditions in the forest). Please mention any disabilities when booking.

The Centre is just over 2 miles from Loughton tube station, on the Central Line or Chingford Station on London Overground. There is a taxi rank at the station exit (Sadlers Taxis telephone 0208 508 6600).
