It’s time to get your running shoes out once more for the annual St Clare 10k, taking place at the Hospice on Sunday 7th April.
Hundreds of runners are expected to jostle at the starting line once again for the yearly Essex 10k road race, which last year raised an amazing £8,000 for the Hospice.
The event is ideal for regular running club members looking to boost their training, as well as those who are new to running but looking for a challenge!
There will be a tombola and cafe refreshments available after the race.

Admission/price: Advance entry is £12 (£10 for affiliated runners), or an additional £3 on the day (£15 non-affiliated runners and £13 for affiliated runners). Alternatively, you can sign up on the day. The registration desk will be open from 9.30am
Please note, participants must be aged 15 years or above.
