The Epping Forest Music Festival is a family friendly event, where you can expect a fun-filled day of music, activities and performances for kids of all ages.
A Family Zone will be open until 8pm on Saturday 10th Sept and until 6pm on Sunday 11th Sept.
A fantastic array of artisan food vendors will deliver a fresh, affordable and delicious dishes from slow cooked BBQ pulled pork to hand crafted pizzas, creamy Mac n Cheese to freshly rolled wraps and sweet treats too. All food and drinks will be sold through a token system. Prior to the event there will be offering the option of purchasing tokens at a discount rate. At the event you will be able to purchase tokens using cash at the token office or simply purchase them online using the link that will be on the event website. Only purchase tokens that you will use as they will be non refundable and of course please drink sensibly.

This is a family event. However, children under 18 will only be admitted when arriving with their parent or guardian.
The organisers operate a “Challenge 25” policy, ID may be required.

Public Transport Directions
The organisers are keen to ask customers to use public transport and make use of transport links provided in order not to create unnecessary problems or traffic queues. When you book your tickets you will be asked to advise us how you intend to arrive at the festival. This information will help us ensure we provide adequate facilities.
By Rail
There are ample train facilities for this event for customers to arrive using Chingford Station. After the event the trains operate for until 11.30pm.
Chingford Station is positioned within 2 minutes walk of the festival site. Stewards will be at Chingford Station to direct customers.
By Tube
The organisers are providing a regular “Shuttle Bus” service from Loughton Station. These buses will leave Loughton Station approximately every 15 minutes from Loughton Station to the event Site at Chingford Plain and every 10 minutes at peak time returns. A timetable is posted on this website. Stewards will be at Loughton Station to direct customers to the shuttle buses. Return shuttle bus tickets are FREE when booked in advance, but they will be £3 if purchased on the day.
By Cycle
The organisers will provide spaces to lock your cycle. This is a great way to arrive at the festival.
By Bus
Chingford Bus Garage is 2 minutes walk from the festival site. There are numerous bus links from Chingford across London and parts of Essex. Stewards will be positioned to direct customers to the festival site.
By Car
Please note! There is no parking at the event site or within neighbouring streets. If you want to drive to the festival please drive to Loughton Station or Debden, Epping, Buckhurst Hill or Woodford Stations. All of these stations have large car parks and we are operating a Shuttle Bus services to and from the festival site. By avoiding driving close to the festival site this will allow easier access for our shuttle buses to keep to the timetable. Return shuttle bus tickets are FREE when booked in advance, but they will be £3 if purchased on the day.
Please do not drive to the festival site, your cooperation is appreciated. Stewards will be at all Stations to direct customers to the shuttle buses.
By Taxi
The festival site has a designated drop off and pick up point for taxis and minicabs/UBER. We strongly advise you to book your return journey. Sadlers Taxis and other taxi companies will be providing extra services for those who have not pre booked return journeys. www.sadlerstaxis.co.uk
Shuttle Bus for local residents
Residents of Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Debden, Epping and Woodford, please use our shuttle bus service to arrive and depart the festival. Return shuttle bus tickets are FREE when booked in advance, but they will be £3 if purchased on the day.

The organisers will be organising coach travel from various towns around Essex and Hertfordshire.
