From millipedes and stick insects to snakes and chinchillas, meet our favourite friendly critters before the school holidays are over! Learn even more at The Reptile Show or The Rabbit & Guinea Pig Show and you'll even have the opportunity to WIN an animal handling session with one of our Meerkats!
Activities may include:
Flying Display – watch the birds from Coda Falconry
Reptile Show – come and see our scaly and shelled friends

Milking time - catch a ride on Tex the tractor to see the cows being milked, rides every 15 minutes

Lee Valley Park Farms, set in leafy Essex, is a great day out! Kids will get to explore the great outdoors and meet farmyard friends along with more exotic animals like our mischievous Meerkats. Let their imagination (and their legs) run wild in our indoor and outdoor adventure play zones.

Road Directions
By Car:
The farms are two miles north of Waltham Abbey on the B194 and just four miles from the M25. Parking at the farms is FREE. Sat Nav postcode: EN9 2EF
By bike:
Sustrans route 1 runs through Lee Valley Park Farms. There are bike racks available at the farms.
Please note we do not recommend walking or cycling along the Crooked Mile (B194), this is a busy country road with no designated footpath, there are surfaced pathways throughout River Lee Country Park.
Public Transport Directions
By Bus:
Buses stop outside Lee Valley White Water Centre, Waltham Abbey (buses 250, 251). The farms are a two mile walk through River Lee Country Park.
By Train:
The nearest station is Cheshunt, it is then a pleasant two mile walk through River Lee Country Park to the farms. Follow the signs through this beautiful country park.
