Venue Only

Our wedding planning team are happy to discuss the Kings Oak Hotel being hired out on a venue-only basis. We appreciate that certain specific cultural requirements are sometimes best left to the wedding party themselves but we will always provide the support of our wedding planners to assist in the big day. Jewish, Greek and Asian cultures may well find this arrangement better suited to their plans.

Kings Room - Glam … Glitz & Sparkle

Our main wedding venue room The Kings Room has been imaginatively redesigned and refurbished to create a stylish and stunning venue for weddings. Because of its flexibility to be combined with either our Beach Club or Oak Lounge it is a popular choice.

Oak Lounge - Rich & Elegant

Not as big as our Kings Room but equal in size to the Beach Club, our beautiful Oak Lounge is a fantastic alternative to those couples seeking something a little more intimate.

Beach Club - Funky & Chic

The Beach Club offers you somewhere completely glamorous and trendy for your wedding! Essex wedding venues don’t get more ‘glam’ than The Beach Club at the Kings Oak Hotel.

Pool Gardens - Marbella Inspired

With a 100ft swimming pool and Marbella inspired poolside lounge furniture & dining area your guests cannot fail to be impressed with this private walled garden in the heart of Epping Forest.
